Understanding RTT®

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy®

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) is a personalised and therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer, a world-renowned therapist.

This therapy combines the most effective principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psychotherapy, Regression, and Hypnotherapy and has won multiple awards for its effectiveness in delivering rapid and lasting results.

RTT helps individuals to uncover and transform the root causes of their limiting beliefs and negative patterns of behaviour, enabling them to achieve their goals and positively transform their lives.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy helps clients share and then understand their feelings, thoughts and actions, and to learn how to cope with their mental health or emotional challenges, life crises, or trauma.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming

NLP focuses on language and behavioural patterns making it easier for people to change their thoughts and actions. This approach is rooted in the understanding that language and behaviours are deeply interconnected with our neurological processes.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Focuses on thought patterns. Our thoughts influence our feelings, and our feelings influence our behaviours and our behaviours create our outcomes. By identifying unhelpful or negative thoughts, we can break the cycle of unwanted behaviours.

Hypnotherapy

A safe and effective technique in which clients experience a state of deep relaxation and focused concentration.

In this meditative state, the brain is receptive to positive thoughts and suggestions enabling profound change to occur.

What We Do?

There is a simple principal at the core of the work Natasha delivers;
Thoughts = Actions = Outcomes.

When we have power over our thought process, we have power over the outcomes we create every day. Our thoughts are driven by the pathways in our minds; our default pathways serve to create patterns of behaviour, habits and responses.

The power of Natasha's integrated therapeutic approach allows you to get to the very bottom of these pathways, and where necessary create new healthy patterns to give you the results and outcomes you want to see in your life.

Whether it's a habit of thoughts you want to address such your level of confidence, or how you cope with stress, and how to manage anxiety, or it's a a behaviour pattern such as issues with sleeping, concentration, or burnout, by addressing the underlying thought pattern you will be able to resolve the issues, rather than just learning to live with it.

This unique approach is a powerful tool in any workplace, creating instant change in mindset to those who use it.

Root Cause

Through our therapy techniques we access the root cause of the issue. It show us where, when and why the problem started.

  • How to Keep and Cleans Your Mala
    We recommend wearing your mala often as you can when you have first acquired it. This will allow the seeds and gemstones to attune to your energy. As we mentioned please avoid placing your mala on the ground as it is sacred. Instead, we recommend keeping it in a special place, like an altar, when you are not using it. The mala can be cleansed using sage or palo santo and charged under full moonlight. You can leave your mala in the sunlight for a short time but be careful as extreme heat can damage the crystals and Amethyst for example will fade in the sun. Be careful with water, in particular, if you have wooden beads. If you need to clean your mala use just a damp cloth and gently clean your mala. It is not advisable to wear your mala during exercises or while doing any strenuous activities as it can break.
