Saraha’s Path was founded by Natasha to help people heal, reconnect and feel empowered to walk their chosen path with joy and in good health.
Devoting herself to an authentic yoga tradition, she has spent over 28 years serving and sharing its teachings and techniques with others.
Empowering others to live their true life without any limitations became her inner calling.
Since 2001 she has been a founding member and volunteer Yoga teacher for the Yoga in Daily Life UK charity based in London.  Her journey has taken her to India, where she discovered the therapeutic science of Ayurveda, and later to the European College of Bowen Studies, where she earned her accreditation as a Bowen Therapist.

In addition, Natasha has also been trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy®. She was drawn to this internationally accredited and acclaimed method by its effectiveness in getting to the root of a client’s issues from the very first session.
Her approach is holistic that addresses all aspects of our being. Physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual. It is also about removing the layers that keep you from showing your true self to yourself and to the world.  In particular, she is focused on creating a safe and confident space where you will feel trusted and supported. A place where you will feel free to be yourself and share your pain, hopes and dreams without fear of judgment or criticism. And that space is called trust. Without trust, we cannot heal.

You are invited to connect and watch your healing journey unfold in front of you.

Natasha is also an animal lover who supports animal protection whenever she can. In her spare time, she volunteers in animal shelters to help care for animals in need.

10% OF PROFITS GO TO ANIMAL CHARITIES

Since my childhood animals have always been a big part of my life. Often if I would see any sick or injured animals I would bring them home and nurse them back to health and happiness. My heart always goes out to those innocent little souls that can't speak for themselves and are abandoned and left to suffer in silence.

That's why I donate 10% of my profits to support charitable organizations that are doing impactful work. One of my favourites is Takis Shelter in Crete, run by the selfless Takis. With over 500 dogs, cats, goats, and birds to care for, Takis is a true hero in the animal welfare world. He goes above and beyond to rescue, heal, and find loving homes for these precious creatures.

Please have a look at his FB to learn more about his selfless work.
